In order to be able to manage pharmacovigilance data more efficiently and enhance data security, the Directorate of health wishes to set-up its own pharmacovigilance database allowing it to collect reports, analyze and manage them before transmitting them to the Eudravigilance database. Having a national database would allow the Directorate of health to have a comprehensive and real-time access to the data and reports managed by the CRPV (Regional Centre for Pharmacovigilance in Nancy) and enhance data traceability in line with good pharmacovigilance practices. Also, the database needs to meet all security and GDPR requirements.
