The Contracting Authority wishes to build and operate a district-heating for the Kuebebierg neighbourhood (the District) by concluding a DBMO contract. The DBMO contract is a mixed contract comprised of: 1. A public works contract for the design and construction of the district-heating 2. A service concession for the maintenance and operation of the district-heating
