Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 9 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 5-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 161 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016
