EEEF as TA contractor is searching for consultants/Consortium to provide legal, technical, and financial advice to the University of Oviedo in Spain to support the preparation of the investment programme "Smart Energy at the University of Oviedo: Energy Efficiency and Smart Management." The objective is to increase the overall energy efficiency levels in public buildings located on its three campuses (Gijon, Mieres, and Oviedo) by providing (i) renovation of 58 public buildings, (ii) the development of energy communities with solar PV systems and/or installation of PV panels in 37 buildings. Also, it will be analysed the installation of PV panels in other areas, i.e., parking lots, etc (iii) the development of a district heating network in 3 zones located in Oviedo a Gijon Campus, and (iv) the development of a digital platform for monitoring electric and thermal consumptions.Please see ToRs in the section eeef TA (downloads): https://www.eeef.lu/eeef-ta-facility.html#article-282
