Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. No lock-in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and local payment methods in select countries.
Is there a free trial?
Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial. Enterprise includes a 30-day trial. No credit card required.
How does the Free plan work?
The Free plan gives you access to up to 10 tender summaries per day, forever. Full details and analysis require a paid plan.
What currencies do you support?
All plans are priced in USD. Local taxes (VAT/GST) are added based on your billing country.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are generated automatically for all paid subscriptions and available in your dashboard under Billing History.
What is the Country Risk module?
Country Risk gives a composite risk score (GO / Conditional / NO-GO) for any country based on World Bank, IMF, Coface and other sources. Starter+ gets the full 6-axis report.
How does Tender Analysis work?
Each tender is scored on 6 axes: accessibility, deadline, compatibility with your profile, complexity, contract value, and contracting entity maturity. Score out of 100 with a GO/Conditional/NO-GO recommendation.
What is the API?
The REST API gives programmatic access to tenders, organizations, and analysis data. Professional gets 5,000 calls/day. Enterprise is unlimited with custom endpoints.
Can I white-label the platform?
White label is available on Enterprise plans. This includes custom branding, custom domain, and removing all SmartPaip references.
